Open My Factory: Tower Transit

Where do buses go to ‘sleep’ after a long day of operations? Take an exclusive behind-the-scenes look of the Jurong East Integrated Transport, Bulim Bus Depot, LTA's Bus Operation Command Centre which will feature the unsung heroes who keep Singapore moving through the day (and night)!

Who should come?

• Everyone is welcome to participate in this exciting tour!

Duration & Meeting Place

• Approximate Duration: 2.0 hours

• Language: English

• Please meet at Jurong East Bus Interchange Passenger Service Office (a bus will take participants to and fro the premises)

• The tour will proceed rain or shine

What to bring?

• Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and wear covered shoes.

• Bring along your NRIC, hand sanitiser, insect repellent, EZ-Link card, a bottle of water and an umbrella.

• If you have earphones with a standard 3.5mm audio jack, please bring them along (for radio guides during the tour).

• Asthmatic individuals are encouraged to bring their inhaler.

What to expect?

• Participants are expected to don on high visibility vests throughout the tour. The vests will be provided at the depot entrance.

• Participants are reminded to bring their NRIC or Employment Pass for security clearance. Participants may be denied entry if they do not bring their NRIC or Employment Pass.

Other important information

• All participants must be fully vaccinated.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour for registration.

• Event is not wheel-chair friendly.

• Parking is not available at the event premises. Kindly park your car near Jurong East MRT or at Jem or Westgate.

• Photography is not allowed at the premises.

• All ticket sales are final. There will be no refund if you wish to cancel your tickets.

• By agreeing to participate in the tour, every participant will be responsible for any injury, loss of damage due to careIessness of other actions on his/her part or that of children under his/her charge. Tower Transit shall not be liable for any injury raising from failure to adhere to site rules.

• It is compulsory for a parent/guardian to accompany any child of or under the age of 12

• Videos and photographs may also be taken during the event. By registering for this event, you give My Community full rights to use the photos for marketing and publicity.
