COVID-19 has created challenges &amp; also opportunities from jobs &amp; careers perspectives. Surviving in a changing labour market, therefore, becomes a great deal of effort which requires improved thinking patterns, continued professional development, life-long learning, unlearning, relearning, upskilling, re-skilling &amp; the ability to adjust &amp; adapt.
