Renee Jain, General Manager - Digital Engineering, Lendlease Singapore

With over a decade of experience reshaping how the built environment is designed, delivered, and experienced, architectural leader Renee Jain has contributed to some of Singapore’s most forward-looking developments, including the Singapore Institute of Technology SIT new campus in Punggol, NS Square, and the Singtel Comcentre Redevelopment. Originally from Silicon Valley, she moved to Singapore inspired by the nation’s BIM roadmap and now plays a key role in advancing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and data-driven design across complex projects.Renee also serves as Singapore Chair for Women in Lendlease and is an active member of Women in BIM, mentoring emerging professionals and championing inclusive industry practices. Renee remains a strong advocate for gender equity in the construction and technology sectors.Her leadership reflects a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and empowering interdisciplinary teams to shape the future of the built environment.

Gordon Gn, Managing Director, Principal, HKS, Inc. (Singapore)

Gordon Gn leads the Singapore studio of global architecture firm HKS, Inc. as Managing Director and Principal. With extensive experience across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and North America, he has delivered award-winning projects in healthcare, hospitality, and commercial sectors. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as Resorts World Sentosa, Macau Island Hospital, and ParkwayHealth Gleneagles Shanghai International Hospital.A graduate of the Architectural Association in London, Gordon is a strong advocate for computational design, leveraging digital simulations to enhance building performance and sustainability. His design philosophy blends art and science, with a focus on how architecture shapes human experience.

Jason Chen, BIM Practice Manager • Senior Specialist - KPF

Jason Chen is the BIM Practice Manager and Senior Specialist at KPF Singapore, where he leads digital design implementation across high-profile architectural projects in Asia. With over 15 years in global firms, his expertise spans Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital workflows, and integrated project delivery for complex urban developments. Prior to KPF, Jason held senior design technology roles at HLW and Beyer Blinder Belle, and was a Senior Digital Design Specialist at SOM, supporting large-scale projects across the U.S. and Asia. He’s also contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor at NYU, teaching courses in BIM and digital design. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Architecture, Jason bridges hands-on innovation with thought leadership—making him a key voice in rethinking how architects collaborate, deliver, and adapt in a digital-first world.
