Our Mighty Minds Workshop (Children)
Overview
Everyone has mental health, even our children. Just as we care for our physical health, it is important for us to care for our mental health.
Led by practitioners from Singapore Children's Society, Our Mighty Minds 2-day camp offers a deep understanding of mental health and equips participants with essential tools to support their own and others' mental wellbeing.
