City Square MallSingapore
Friday, June 5-Saturday, June 6  •  9:30 AM-5 PM
Overview

A Mental Health Literacy Programme for children aged 10-12 years old.

Everyone has mental health, even our children. Just as we care for our physical health, it is important for us to care for our mental health.

Led by practitioners from Singapore Children's Society, Our Mighty Minds 2-day camp offers a deep understanding of mental health and equips participants with essential tools to support their own and others' mental wellbeing.

" I really enjoyed this programme and learned a lot of different things. Before joining the programme, I thought mental health was only about how positively or negatively we think. Through the programme, I learned how to spot signs and symptoms of poor mental health and different ways to take care of myself and improve mt mental health." - Testimonial from a Primary 5 student participant

Special collaboration with Puzzletopia:

Immerse yourself in a world of wonder and curiosity as you explore and challenge your mind, develop problem solving abilities, train perseverance and resilience to setbacks, as you learn to care for your mental wellbeing.

Learning Outcome:

  • Adopt positive attitude towards mental health
  • Differentiate between mental health and mental illness and learn help-seeking skills
  • Learn self-management skills for positive development and wellbeing
  • Learn helpful ways to support others

Each child participant will bring home a curated resource and learning kit.
