This course is created specifically for individuals experiencing social anxiety, avoidance, or low self-confidence in social settings. Through private 1:1 sessions with a certified therapist, you’ll learn practical tools to manage anxiety, speak more freely, and feel safer connecting with others — all at your own pace.

Held in person at Wooden House Bangkok or online via Zoom/Google Meet, this course offers structure, emotional safety, and step-by-step support to help you grow without pressure.
