Embarking on your ADHD parenting journey with your child can be daunting, yet really rewarding when you see your child grow and learn. Listen to the stories of 4 parents as they share their enriching experiences and how they overcame the challenges faced in their ADHD parenting journeys!

Panelist profiles:

BREYL FRANCES

Youth & mental well-being coach who debunks DISbelief & inspires her kids & Youths to live their fullest ABILITIES. She is also the mom of two teens, one of whom has ADHD.

TAHIRAH MOHAMED

Full-time homemaker. Her children influenced her decision to be an Allied Educator years ago. Being a parent advocate affords her the opportunity to help parents and children in the ADHD community.

WONG YI HUI

A stay-at-home mum who also works part-time. She enjoys reading and learning new things. She attributes her ability to navigate the challenges of parenting a child with ADHD to her sense of humour.

TRICIA PANG

Founder of CancerCoach for Women. A self-professed student from the 'School of Hard Knocks' despite 18 years of parenting an ADHD child because "there's never a dull moment" in her parenting journey.
