Parents, caregivers, and guardians of children who experience worry, nervousness, avoidance, or anxiety in daily situations. Counsellors and clinicians who are interested to find out more about ACT are welcome to join as well!

Yes! The principles apply across childhood and adolescence, and the examples will include a range of ages.

This event is designed for adults only, so parents can freely learn, reflect, and discuss.
