To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please take note of the following terms and conditions:
All participants will be required to individually complete a SoundWave® assessment profile before the workshop. Further details and instructions will be sent to you via email. This profile is an integral part of the workshop and will contribute to its effectiveness in addressing your specific relationship needs.
Please be aware that there are some references to Christian scriptures (about 5% of total content) will be made during the workshop. We warmly welcome both Christian and non-Christian couples to join us, as the workshop aims to provide valuable insights applicable to all couples, regardless of their faith background.
Kindly note that tickets are non-transferrable. Each SoundWave assessment profile is unique to the registered person and cannot be transferred.
Requests to change workshop dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please understand that availability constraints may apply.
To initiate a change request, kindly submit your request in writing to contact.tenbutterfingers@gmail.com at least 5 working days prior to the event. This advance notice allows us to make the necessary arrangements.
Change requests received less than 5 working days before the event will incur a change request admin fee of $50. We regret any inconvenience caused by this fee, which is necessary to cover the expenses incurred due to any pre-payments.
In the event of a no-show, refunds will not be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as resources and preparations are allocated based on the confirmed number of participants.
We will be in contact with you about 1-2 weeks before the workshop to share more administrative information regarding the Soundwave Assessment.
