Is there a discount or promo code?

Please note the early bird rate of $270 is only until 31 March 2025. Thereafter, ticket price will revert to original fee of $300 per ticket . If you are booking 2 or more tickets, use promo code 'package' for a $30 discount per ticket.

Are refreshments provided?

Yes! The ticket cost also covers lunch for the full day workshop and light refreshments for the Circles . If you have certain dietary restrictions, please let us know (see contact information below).

Can the sessions be attended virtually ?

This programme is designed for in-person interactions and is therefore, all sessions are conducted in-person only.

What does the ticket cover and what does the date selection mean?

One ticket covers 1 x full day workshop + 2 circles. There are 2 runs for the programme per dates above. Selecting '12 Apr' indicates attendance for 12 Apr workshop + 17 May + 28 Jun circles. Selecting '10 May' indicates attendance for 10 May workshop + 14 Jun+ 19 Jul circles.
