Who is this for?
✔️ Teens (13–17 years) and Young Adults (18–35 years)
✔️ Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Social Communication Difficulties, or other neurodivergent profiles
✔️ Individuals with interest to attend the programme, agree to participate in the programme voluntarily, able to attend the programme consistently

Participants choose what they want learn (module 1, 2, 3 or all 3 modules) :
Module 1: Friendship (8 sessions) - Learn to connect in your own way
✅ Developing and maintaining friendships

✅ Joining, planning and hosting hangout
Module 2: Conflict and Rejection (4 sessions) - Navigate drama safely
✅ Dealing with teasing and bullying
✅ Understanding social reputation
✅ Resolving disagreements
✅ Coping with gossip, exclusion and indirect bullying
Module 3: Dating Skills (4 sessions) - Understand relationships on your terms
✅ Recognising signs of interest
✅ Healthy texting and dating etiquette
✅ Asking someone out
✅ navigating relationships and breakups
✅ Parent/Caregiver training to become effective social coaches
Programme Details
Days & Timing: Tuesdays 9:30am – 11am/ Thursdays 5:30pm – 7pm/ Saturdays 4pm – 5:30pm
Location: Joyful Soul Psychology, Singapore (Tanjong Pagar)
Duration: UCLA curriculum = 16 sessions for all modules, 1 session per week, 90 minutes each (sessions can be calibrated according to learning needs); or Module 1 = 8 sessions, Module 2 = 4 sessions, Module 3 = 4 sessions
Group Size: Individual 1:1 session or Small group (2 to 4 participants)
💡 Format: In-person, interactive sessions including role-play, video demonstrations, and real-world practice
Programme Fee: SGD 190 per session or $2880 (16-session package inclusive of discount) for Individual 1:1 session; Bundle offer for group sessions $1,360 (all modules), $720 (module 1 only), $360 (module 2 only), $360 (module 3 only); Siblings, friends or referral enjoy $50 off
