Outrigger canoeing is a water sport where paddlers sit in a long, narrow canoe equipped with an outrigger – a float attached to the side for stability. Paddlers use a paddle to propel the canoe forward, working together in rhythm and teamwork. It’s a great way to build strength, coordination, and confidence while enjoying the open water!
Coaches and volunteers will be present to assist with teaching and transfers for participants. Caregivers are recommended to accompany participants who may require additional support.
