About this event
Exhale, Release, and Celebrate the Week Behind You
Women's circles are an ancient tradition that spans cultures and continents, connecting us to thousands of years of feminine wisdom and community. Now, we're bringing this sacred practice to the perfect moment – Fridays, when you can finally breathe out and let go.
You made it through another week. Let's honor that together.
Join us for "Phew, It's Friday!" – a women's circle designed for this beautiful day when we can breathe out and relax, then maybe inhale again, with intention. This is your invitation to pause, reflect, and celebrate everything you've navigated, accomplished, and survived this week.
In our sacred circle you can:
- Share the highs, lows, and "holy cow, did that really happen?" moments from your week
- Practice gentle release rituals to let go of what no longer serves you
- Celebrate your wins, both big and small (because you showed up and that's enough!)
- Connect with other women who truly understand the beautiful chaos of modern life
- Maybe set intentions for a restorative and joyful weekend ahead
This isn't about perfection or having it all figured out. It's about honest connection, mutual support, and the collective exhale that comes when women gather to acknowledge: "We did it. We're here. We're enough."
Come however Friday finds you, you belong in this circle.
Let's transform that weekly "Phew!" into a sacred celebration of resilience, sisterhood, and the gift of simply making it through.
Bring nothing but yourself. Leave feeling witnessed, supported, and ready to embrace your well-deserved weekend.
Frequently asked questions
A women's circle is a gathering where women come together in a supportive, non-judgmental space to share, listen, and connect. We sit in a circle format that honours the ancient tradition of women gathering to support one another through life's joys and challenges.
Absolutely not. You're welcome to participate as much or as little as feels comfortable. Some women love to share, others prefer to simply listen and witness. Both are equally valuable and honoured in our circle.
Perfect! Many of our participants come solo. The circle format naturally creates connection, and you'll possibly leave feeling like you've found your tribe.
There is nothing specific, but we recommend that if you have them a pair of headphones can help with hearing and privacy. Also whatever you would like to drink, a cuppa, or glass of water. Also if you have one, a candle and lighter, but most importantly, just yourself!
Yes, what's shared in circle stays in circle. This is a fundamental principle that creates our safe container for authentic sharing.
No, this is peer support & community connection, not therapy. It is not a conversation, it is sharing, & witnessing. If you're dealing with mental health concerns, we encourage you to work with a licensed professional alongside participating in circle. Circle is not therapy, but can be therapeutic.
Our circles welcome women of all backgrounds, beliefs, and spiritual practices (or none at all). While we honour the sacred nature of gathering together, these are a secular gathering, there's no specific religious doctrine involved. You're welcome exactly as you are.
