Physiotherapy Workshop by TSquared Lab

Learn from our highly experienced team of therapists and practitioners in Physiotherapy, Pilates, Clinical and Sports Massage, Recover, Trigger Point and Stretch Therapy, at TSquared Lab. The first session is for seniors, it will teach you how to stay active, prevent and recover from falls. The second session is for parents of young children, to show you how to prevent neck and back injuries. We will work together to provide a unique multi disciplined, revolutionary approach, to your body.

Workshop Slot 1 (10.30am to 11am)

This session is for seniors, and will include short seated chair workouts to keep you active, and equip you with fall prevention and recovery skills.

Workshop Slot 2 (11.15am to 11.45am)

This session is targeted at parents of young children, and will equip you with skills on how to protect your neck and back from prolonged desk bound work.

Note: Every participant must purchase 1 ticket each.
