What's the refund policy?
In the event of wet weather and event cancellation, the items included in the ticket will still be redeemable at the redemption counter located near The Lawn area. All tickets have to be redeemed on 14th February 2019. The organiser reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
The confirmation will be send to your email, please present the confirmation ticket from your smart devices.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes. The Organiser will not be held liable for any loss and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise, to any items during the Event.
