𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗣𝗶𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗽𝗶𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝘂𝘁

Using Air-Flown beef and marrying it with Excited Magpie Dry Irish Stout we have our version of the classic Steak and Ale pie. The coffee notes with a slight bitterness fuse with the natural sweetness of the onion and beef to make a luscious rich filling with a mouth-watering aroma. Encased in an all-butter pastry this pie is packed full of flavour.

𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘁 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗣𝗔

Taking the traditional English Cheese and Onion pie we push it up a notch with the addition of Loose Rivet NEIPA. The heady mix of seven hops balance the rich mix of Cheddar and Parmesan, bringing the sharp flavours of the cheeses to the fore. When you cut into our all-butter pastry this filling oozes out releasing those intense aromas.
