Having taken a measured and yet driven approach to her career, Nishita has a wide range of experiences to learn from. Working across sectors, company sizes and geographies across various stages of her own career has given her a nuanced understanding about the lifecycle of a career in design.

Nishita is the founder director of the strategic research firm, Treemouse. She is also the head of design at epiFi, a FinTech startup by ex co-founders of Google Pay aimed at strengthening the digital banking revolution in India.

Known for her work in advocating research backed design in corporates and social ventures, Nishita and her sniper teams have shaped the way progressive products enter the markets and into the consumers hands.

Whether joining missions in medical - to make Punjab free of Hep-C, India free of TB, or in finance - bringing digital finance to the masses or in Education - bringing VR to the classrooms for experiential learning, Treemouse has reinforced the mass-market and product strategies of many a leading organizations.
