FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. If I did not register, can I enter the sale?
- Entry to sale is only permitted to those who have registered. Upon registration, you will be issued an e-ticket with QR code which must be presented to enter the sale.
2. How many no. of guests can I register at one time?
- Each shopper may get up to 3 tickets (3 pax) per registration. Each ticket is only valid for 1 pax to enter the sale. Each ticket issued is with a unqiue QR code and should not be shared with anyone else for entry.
3. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
- We accept both printed and e-tickets at entry point. Flash your printed or e-tickets at the door for fast entry to the sale. Registered shoppers will be denied entry if they fail to present either the printed or e-tickets containing the unique QR code issued to each registrant. Providing your mobile phone number, email addresses, registration number or other details are not accepted as alternatives to your entry ticket.
4. I registered for 31 Mar 2021 @ 10am-1130am, can I come at a later slot instead?
- No, you will be denied entry if your tickets do not match their entry time. All customers are required to adhere to the timeslot that you have registered for.
5. Is there a limited time for me to shop?
- Each customer is allocated 1 hour to shop.
6. What if I am unable to make it for the timeslot that I have booked?
- You may choose to book another timeslot, but this is subject to availability. Shoppers must visit the sale according to the timeslot they have registered for.
7. Is there parking available?
- Complimentary parking will be provided for the event. However, as parking spaces are limited, shoppers may make use of carparks nearby if parking is full onsite.
8. Will items be restocked?
- All items, except clearance items, will be restocked.
COVID -19 SAFETY MEASURES AT POPULAR WAREHOUSE SALE
1. Event venue will be complying with the stipulated occupancy limit or ensuring that at least one-metre distancing between individual customers, or group of customers (up to 8 persons) is possible within the event venue.
2. Event venue will be demarcating queue lines for customers at the entrance and cashier counters, and ensuring at least one-metre distancing between customers (through floor markers). Shoppers may be required to wait approximately 30mins to during peak hours. We greatly appreciate the public’s patience and kind understanding.
3. Event venue will be implementing SafeEntry for all visitors to facilitate the collection of information for contact tracing when needed.
4. All employees, customers, delivery personnel, and other onsite personnel, will be required to put on their masks properly at all times.
5. Event venue will be ensuring frequent cleaning and disinfection of common spaces such as counters and display shelves, where customers are served; items such as shopping trolleys/baskets and handrails, which have high human contact; and interactive hardware such as Self-Checkout Kiosks and iPads.
6. Event venue will be limiting the testing of products, e.g, stationery, laptops, mobile phones, etc. Staff will be conducting product demonstrations where necessary. These products will also be sanitised regularly.
7. Event venue will be placing hand sanitisers in close proximity of entrance/exit and high touch surfaces.
8. Event venue will be broadcasting announcements to remind customers of safe distancing and limiting browsing and shopping time to one hour.
