What sessions and time slots are available?

The first session (morning) is from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
The second session (afternoon) is from 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

How long does the experience take?

The experience approximately takes 5 and a half hours.

What should I wear for the event?

As this is an outdoor test drive event, we advise that you dress comfortably. Covered shoes are mandatory. No slippers or sandals are allowed for driving segments.

Do I need to be aware of anything before attending the event?

You are physically fit, in good health and have the requisite standard of competence and experience expected of participants in the event.

I have certain conditions, can I participate?

You cannot participate if you have the following:
1. You have any heart conditions;
2. You have any disease of the muscles or bones including in particular the neck and back;
3. You have undergone any operation or hospital treatment in the last 6 months;
4. You are pregnant.

Is there parking available?

There will be a dedicated carpark for you and please adhere to the road marshall instructions.

Unfortunately, valet parking is not available.

Yes, parking is complimentary.

Am I required to bring anything to the event?

You are required to bring the following items:
1. You are to bring your E-Ticket. You may flash it via your phone or provide a copy to our host upon arrival. 
2. You will also be required to bring your driving license.

How many people can I bring to the event?

Due to the setup and nature of the event, we do not recommend that you bring any persons with you. There will be vehicles moving around the premises and you (registered participant) will spend most of the time in a Porsche. We seek your understanding on the guidelines and strict measures in place.

Is there an area for the non-driving guest to sit and spectate?

Due to the setup of the event, we do not recommend that you bring any persons with you. There will be vehicles moving around the premises and you (registered participant) will spend most of the time in a Porsche. There are limited seating areas within the event space.

Will I be able to bring my children or guests to the event without notifying Porsche prior?

Unfortunately, no. Only registered participants can attend the event due to the setup of the event. We do not recommend that you bring any persons with you.

What if I am late?

If you are late, you will be directed to the next segment of the agenda. You will not be able to experience the entire event.

Is there a designated smoking point within the venue?

No smoking is allowed within the premise. Nearest smoking point is outside of designated smoking areas within Changi Exhibition Centre.

How do I register for the event?

Registration is required prior to the event via Eventbrite. Registration opens from 12 April 2023 and ends on 30 April 2023.

What is the registration process?

You may access the event registration site to register. As this is a paid event, a ticket is required to be purchased. Pricing includes third-party registration fees and relevant taxes.

What are the ticketing prices?

The ticket is priced at $688. Porsche customers are entitled to $200 off the ticket prices when the promo code is applied at check-out. Promo code can be used twice for customers who intend to invite a guest to participate.

How many times can I use my promo code?

The promo code can only be used twice. Each checkout is for one participant for each time.

If I would like to cancel my reservation, am I entitled to a refund?

Unfortunately, no refunds can be made.

If I am unable to attend and would like to change my session to another day, is that possible?

You may reach out to the Customer Interaction Centre at +65 6816 9911 or contact@porsche.sg at least 72 hours before the event, if you would like to amend your reservation. Please note that any amendments are subject to availability as this is a ticketed event with limited slots per session.

If I am unable to attend and pass the ticket to a friend / family member, is that possible?

Transferability of tickets are subject to approval by Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. Please inform us at Customer Interaction Centre at +65 6816 9911. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at contact@porsche.sg at least 72 hours before the event if you would like to pass on the invitation.

If I am unable to attend on the day of my event or wish to cancel, can I attend another session?

Unfortunately, once you miss your session, you will not be able to walk-in on another day. Please let us know in advance should you wish to cancel / postpone your reservation. Your next session is subject to availability and confirmation from Porsche.

Am I able to make amendments to my booking and how do I go about doing it?

Will I be able to use the same pass entry to re-enter on the same day/ other days?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to. Your registered ticket only grants you access to the session that you have booked for.

Is there an age restriction to attend the event?

Accepted Answer

Participants have to be aged between 24 years and 69 years old with at least two years' driving experience.

Question 31

What kind of license and years of driving do I need to participate in the event?

Accepted Answer

Participants must be in possession of a valid Class 3/3A Singapore driver’s or international driving license/permit as may be prescribed by the authorities of Singapore with two years' driving experience.

What are the cars available for test drive?

The Porsche World Road Show will offer all model lines for you to enjoy.

Can I choose which model/variant for any of the driving segment?

Accepted Answer

Porsche will try to make this possible that you will get the opportunity to experience the model of your interest. However, Porsche cannot guarantee that you will be able to sit in the model for all driving segments.

Can we (customer and plus one) both participate in the test drive?

Accepted Answer

You may both participate in the event if both you and your plus one have purchased tickets to the event. During the test drive, only a registered participant is allowed in the car either as a driver or participant.

Are there any driving restrictions?

There are no restrictions but we do hope that you will use the Vehicle in strict compliance with all instructions, directions, restrictions and controls imposed by Porsche, its authorized representatives or employees in connection with or in relation to the Porsche World Road Show.

Is there an indemnity that must be signed?

The customer (registered participant) has to sign an indemnity form prior to the event to fully understanding its contents and voluntarily accepts the aforesaid risk – obligations, liabilities and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data by Porsche.

If an accident occurs during my test drive, what would happen?

Should there be an accident, please kindly inform the event organizers on site immediately.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

The Porsche World Road Show is a rain or shine event. Despite the bad weather, it will still proceed with all scheduled drive experiences come rain or shine.

Are there refreshments served at the event?

The event comprises of two sessions. The morning session will come with breakfast and lunch. The afternoon session will come with lunch and tea break.

Am I allowed to take photos and videos during the event?
