Your inner Saboteurs, like the Judge, Pleaser, or Hyper-Achiever, may quietly sabotage your relationships, performance, and wellbeing every day.
In this 2-hour reflective workshop, you’ll explore the true cost of these Saboteurs, what they’re taking from you, how they limit your potential, and how much is lost if nothing changes. You’ll leave with powerful awareness about what’s at stake—and what could be possible if these patterns loosened their grip.
This is not a coaching session. It’s a guided learning and reflection space to explore how your Saboteurs are holding you back, an opportunity to experience how things could be or how you could feel when your inner critic is not in control.
Why It Works
This workshop is based on Positive Intelligence® (PQ), a brain-based model developed by Stanford lecturer Shirzad Chamine. It reveals how inner Saboteurs impact everyday decision-making, emotions, and performance. By bringing these unconscious patterns to light, we take the first essential step: awareness.
