About the organiser

Speaker's Profile

Dr Moses Koh, PhD, is an internationally credentialed coach, mindfulness teacher and therapist. Previously practising at Camden Medical Centre and now having his own practice, he has worked with many clients in overcoming issues such as stress and anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia and smoking.

Additionally, he coaches clients experiencing quarter/mid-life crises on mental wellness as well as evaluating difficult life choices. Dr Koh’s clients’ successes can be ascribed to a person-centred approach integrating an eclectic blend of research-backed modalities, which he adopts when partnering clients to achieve desired goals holistically.
