Practice Circle 2 - Nagomi Art Experience
Practice Circle Special Edition: A restorative art evening to reconnect, reflect and grow together!
Come for the connection. Stay for the calm. Leave with your own heartfelt artwork.
What Is Nagomi Art?
Nagomi Art is a Japanese therapeutic art form centred on harmony, mindfulness and emotional well-being. Using gentle finger-blending techniques with soft pastel powders, you will create soft, cloud-like artwork that feels calming to make and soothing to look at.
No art experience is needed. This session is designed for everyone.
Why Join?
Give yourself permission to slow down, release stress and reconnect with your creativity.
This is not about perfection. It is about process. As colours blend beneath your fingertips, you may enter a quiet, almost meditative state where time softens and presence returns.
About Art & Grow Collective SG
This session is led in collaboration with Art and Grow Collective SG, a volunteer led ground up movement founded by Angela Chin.
Through hydroponics and Pastel Nagomi Art, they create spaces for healing, confidence building and growth, walking alongside individuals in recovery and reintegration.
By joining, you are not just creating art. You are supporting a wider movement of dignity, growth and empowerment.
