Speaker Bio Francois Retief, CSEP, is General Manager of Certification Training International (CTI) and a Principal Consultant delivering systems engineering training internationally. He developed CTI’s first INCOSE SEP Exam Preparation course in 2010 and has since presented systems engineering and certification preparation courses in numerous countries. Francois serves on the INCOSE Certification Advisory Board and the INCOSE Education Task Force, contributing to initiatives related to systems engineering certification and education.
