She'll gently guide you through understanding your inner landscape through somatic exercises and navigating life's beautiful complexities, especially around identity and gender.

Mental Wellness Sharing & Somatic Workshop by Sol Therapy

Join Mel, founder of Just Some Simple Things—a brand dedicated to sharing life's stories and promoting mental well-being—for a heartfelt writing activity. You'll pen letters to your younger and future selves, embracing growth as you release the past and step more fully into your authentic self.
