Current reality has accelerated the business need to deliver services digitally. The challenge now is how do you design one?

The march of the pandemic continues. Many businesses are being challenged to consider delivering services (and products) digitally. There are some instances that entire business models are thrown out into the bin and replaced with a pure digital model. Many however are relooking at their user/ customer&#x27;s entire journey, albeit with online components at the centre of their transformation effort. In this introductory, 120-minute workshop, we’ll show participants a general framework in designing for digital services. This could either be &quot;from a ground-up&quot; or &quot;just-a-tweak&quot; perspective. Regardless, we&#x27;ll highlight the design methodology and tools to utilise and begin the hard task of replacing (or bringing in) the engine whilst in mid-flight! To balance the first part of this workshop from a more &#x27;theory&#x27; segment, the trainer will facilitate an virtual townhall format to bring in the participants questions or cases. We will be using an interactive online board called MIRO *. We can’t promise that you won’t have too much fun whilst learning.======================PLEASE Note: (a) *You will be given a pre-session assignment to play around with MIRO via email. (b) You will receive a copy of template(s) we will use via email after the event. (c) This is a shortened session to give you a flavour of an upcoming (Digital) Service Innovation Design Training workshop. Due to time constraints, we will not be able to try out all of the tools/ techniques. But, you will gain the fundamental know-how in your transformation journey using (service) design as your key tool.
