In 2024, at Executive Coach International (ECI), we are thrilled to launch this pro-bono coaching initiative to let the public experience the magic of coaching. There are no strings attached / payment expected in these coaching engagements, only if you find it useful, you may have the option to make a contribution to our selected charity.
Why are we doing this?
This initiative is our way to give back to the society and for the wider community in Singapore, as well as to share the magic of coaching. We are offering pro-bono coaching services to individuals who are eager to embark on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and transformation in this upcoming year. At the end of these sessions, if you have found the sessions to be useful, we would like to invite you to donate any sum to a beneficiary - Caregivers' Welfare Association that we have adopted, to create the ripple effect of change and transformation in the world.

What you can expect in a coaching session: The beauty of coaching lies in its adaptability to a vast array of domains that you could seek growth in. Here's are some examples of domains that you can choose to work on, ranging from professional development, to personal growth, relationships, life transitions, skill enhancements and even, breaking habits!
- Reflect on Your Challenges: Consider the aspects of your life where you face challenges or feel stuck or seeking improvement and expansion in.
- Prioritize: Identify what could be most pressing or impactful for you at this moment.
- Align with Values: Choose domains that align with your long-term vision or you could work with your coach to find your long-term vision.
- Open Communication with Your Coach: Share your thoughts and concerns with your coach, and collaboratively decide on the coaching focus.

How to participate?
We will be launching a closed group in-person coaching introduction for you on 25th May (Saturday) - 2pm to 5pm. You will need to attend the session in-person as that's where you'd be meeting your coaches and choosing who to work with.
In this session, you'll get to learn more about what coaching is (& even pick up some basic coaching skills!), what a coaching session entails, and most importantly, meet the coaches and work with the one that you feel most comfortable working and interacting with.
