Trainer Bio:

Project Alleviate consists of a group of five Secondary 4 Hwa Chong students together with an extended team from various schools, dedicated to alleviating youth mental health burdens and raising awareness of social media’s impact. In our fifth project iteration, we continue making a sustained impact through events that enhance both physical and mental well-being. We aim to educate youths (10-18) on social media’s negative effects, such as unrealistic influencer portrayals, which can lead to harmful self-comparisons and mental health issues.
