Project Alleviate: The Hue and Goo Workshop

Brahm Centre is a leading course provider of a wide range of science-based mindfulness programs to reduce stress and enhance well-being in today's fast paced world. We have worked with healthcare agencies, schools and corporations to equip employees, parents and students with mindfulness tools to help them stay physically and mentally well.Course graduates may enhance their practice by joining our weekly mindfulness clubs. Furthermore there  are free regular health talks conducted by healthcare professionals and qualified speakers open to the public.Launched in 2012 as a charity that aims to promote happier and healthier living, Brahm Centre is a full member of the National Council of Social Services and an Institution of Public Character.Come begin your mindfulness journey with us.Please note that all course registrations are NON-refundable. Transfer of selected mindfulness courses is subject to a $30 transfer fee and a $10 admin fee for a mindfulness make-up class. There are NO transfers or make-up classes available for all other courses.

Youth Circle

We offer a safe space for young people to build confidence, make friends, and develop life skills - promoting teamwork, creativity, and personal growth while encouraging healthy choices and a sense of community and belonging.

This event is for Youth Club Members between the ages of 10 to 18 years old. Join us for a vibrant and engaging community workshop hosted by Brahm Youth Circle @ SCAPE and run by Project Alleviate. Designed to foster connection and creativity, this Community Action Convention (CAC) event invites participants to dive into a morning of hands-on artistry and spirited interaction. The session kicks off with an energetic slime-making competition, where groups can bond over crafting the stretchiest creations for a chance to win prizes, followed by a relaxing painting and watercolor workshop to explore artistic expression. This event is perfect for those looking to decompress in a welcoming environment while building new friendships within the community. Whether you are a seasoned crafter or a complete beginner, our friendly volunteers from Team Alleviate will be there to guide you through every step of the process. Come spend your morning with us to discover your creative side, enjoy a bit of friendly competition, and leave with unique handmade treasures and a refreshed spirit.
