Mr Low Wee Ming graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology with an Honours degree in Finance and Investment. He completed the Certified Financial Planner programme in 2020. He also earned the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute in 2024 and is currently an investment consultant at Phillip Securities, focusing on providing personalised financial planning services to retail clients to help them strategically achieve their financial goal.


Mr. Jackson Chua, Branch Manager, Phillip Securities Pte Ltd

Mr Jackson Chua graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering in 2009. He has over 10 years’ experience in the financial service industry, including 5 years as a Relationship Manager at Phillip Securities. He is currently a Branch Manager at Phillip Securities, overseeing the West Cluster Branches at Holland Drive and Bukit Batok.
