About the Programme

The digital world runs on code and therefore coding is an essential skill for the digital age. Python has evolved into one of the main coding languages used in data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Coding with Python enables you to make things better and has the added benefit of enhancing your learning of other skills needed in the digital world.

In this talk, you can catch a glimpse of the possibilities for improving things around us – for example by automating mundane tasks, by quickly and easily creating data visualizations or by even creating your own game – just to name a few.

About the Speaker

The speaker for Polytechnic Continuing Education and Training (CET) for lifelong learning, Mr Kannappan, is a robotics expert with over 20 years of experience working in the field and training students on robotics, automation & controls. He is a strong proponent of life-long learning.
