Online trainer-led HIIT, a high intensity interval training based on 2:1 rest-to-work ratio.

Thank you for your booking. Please ensure that you have created an account with Zoom. Having a Zoom account to participate in this workout allows us to know that you have come to this event.

This HIIT workout is based on 2:1 rest-to-work ratio, for every 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise, you rest for 40 seconds. The workout consists of 2 sets of exercises with a break between them.Mode<ul><li>Sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Registered participants will receive the link to the Zoom session via Confirmation Email.</li><li>Do note that slots are limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis.</li><li>For security reasons, the Zoom meeting room will be locked 15 minutes after the class starts.
