Online trainer-led No-Reserve All-Out High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

This All-Out HIIT is based on 1:2 work-to-rest ratio, for every 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise, you rest for 40 seconds. You are expected to give your no-reserve all-out effort for all the 20-second work periods. The workout consists of 2 cycles of workout, each with 20 sets of exercises. There is a 3 minutes break between the 2 cycles of workout.Mode<ul><li>Sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Registered participants will receive the link to the Zoom session via Confirmation Email.</li><li>Do note that slots are limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis.</li><li>For security reasons, the Zoom meeting room will be locked 15 minutes after the class starts.
