About this event

  • 1 hour

Raising children is a journey filled with joy, laughter, and, inevitably, challenges.

As parents, we often wonder how to prepare our children to face the ups and downs of life with grace and resilience.

Emotional resilience is a vital trait that can make all the difference in a child's life.

This workshop teaches parents strategies for raising emotionally resilient children, equipping them with the skills to cope with life's inevitable challenges.

The contents of this workshop is based on evidence-based work of Daniel Goleman and John Gottman.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to transform your parenting style!

AFTER THE WEBINAR

Following the webinar, you have the opportunity to sign up for 3 hours of coaching, where I will take you step by step through the process as you put the new method into practice.
