What time should I arrive?

The doors open at 18.30 for drinks, canapés and networking.  We request that you arrive before 19.00 and the doors will close at 19.30

What if i arrive late?

Unfortunately for the comfort of everyone and quality of recording, entrance to the venue will close at 19.15 and latecomers will not be able to enter the studio

Do I have to appear on camera?

There will be roaming photographers and videographers at the event collecting footage for use on social media.  If you do not wish to be in shot perhaps you might be more comfortable joining virtually as we cannot guarantee to exclude all images of those who wish to be excluded.

Whats the dresscode?

Smart, Business Casual, What makes you comfortable.  The venue is air-conditioned for your comfort however studio lighting can make the venue quite warm

We do not issue ticket refunds.  Why not gift the ticket to a friend?

We do not have a group discount

Is there parking at the venue?

There is gantry parking at the Frontech Centre on a first come first serviced basis.

Can I take photos and videos at the event?

Yes but please remember to turn off your camera flash and ensure you are not blocking anyone else's view

Can I ask questions during the event?

During ticket purchase there will be an opportunity to register your questions.  During the event we will then run a poll for the audience to vote for the most popular questions which will be answered live.  A roving mike session will also take place during the event, subject to time constraints

I can't attend live in the studio.  Can i still listen to the episode?

Drinks (including soft and alcohol) as well as small bite canapés will be available on a first come first served basis.   Unfortunately we are unable to cater to all food preferences and allergies but there will be at least one vegetarian and one vegan option available
