A Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us for a 2 hour workshop of deep luxurious rest as we combine restorative and gentle yoga poses in conjunction with sound healing, to allow the mind and body to reattune and return to a calmer, clearer state. Let yourself be fully supported by blankets and other yoga props in the restorative poses, and release layers of habitual tension stored in our physical and energetic body. Experience the vibrations from the crystal singing bowls, as they lead you through a journey of discovery, clarity and healing.

This workshop is wonderful for those who need something gentle, supportive and yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress. A perfect pause to unwind from 2018.
