Through practical tips and open conversations, you’ll explore simple ways to stay active, eat well, and care for your body — all tailored to real-life routines and aging well.

This is not a bootcamp or diet seminar. It’s a welcoming, judgment-free space to ask questions, try out gentle movements, and leave with a 15-minute daily exercise routine you can do at home.

No experience needed. Just come in comfortable clothes and shoes — we’ll be trying out some easy exercises together.
