Reconnect with Self through Breathwork and the Thinking Environment®
Experience the profound impact of Breathwork and the Thinking Environment on your body, mind, emotions and way of being.
This is a unique and pioneering workshop bringing together two deeply transformative practices: Breathwork and the Thinking Environment. Both are about creating space—one through the breath, settling the body and mind, and the other through creating the conditions for high-quality thinking. Together, they offer a rare opportunity to reconnect with oneself, access deeper insights, and experience clarity beyond the usual mental noise.
Using the analogy of water: When the surface is turbulent, we cannot see below. But when it becomes still, clarity emerges. Similarly, when the mind is overwhelmed, our deeper thoughts remain inaccessible. Breathwork settles the internal waters, creating the physiological stillness needed for deep thinking. The Thinking Environment creates the conditions where independent, high-quality thoughts can be explored.
Why This Matters Now
In an era of constant information, distraction, and external pressure, we rarely get the chance to think for ourselves—without interruption, urgency or judgement. This workshop is a chance to pause, recalibrate, and connect with a deeper intelligence within us. It offers a powerful way to access clarity, creativity, and fresh insights.
What Participants Could Walk Away With
• A new depth of clarity, insight, and self-connection
• Tools to regulate the nervous system, shift from stress to presence, and enhance resilience
• A direct experience of how Breathwork and deep thinking amplify each other
• A renewed ability to think independently, without mental noise or external interference
• Practical takeaways for integrating both practices into daily life
This is more than just a workshop—it’s the beginning of something new. A space to experience thinking and breathing as gateways to deeper self-awareness, clarity, and transformation.
This session is an opportunity to come together in a Thinking Environment to experience the power of Breathwork for renewal and reconnection with Self.
For those new to the Thinking Environment, it is a discovery into the conditions that help us think well for ourselves and as ourselves.
"The way people are treated when they are thinking has a profound impact on the quality of their thinking." - Nancy Kline
The Ten Components of a Thinking Environment are behavioural in nature and include: Attention, Appreciation, Equality, Ease, Feelings, Information, Difference, Encouragement, Place and Incisive Questions.
For those new to Breathwork, it is so much more than a single technique or method—it’s a rich and diverse practice with profound benefits for your well-being. Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have some experience, this workshop will help you explore the intricacies and wonders of your breath in a supportive and experiential setting.

With over 20 years of corporate experience, primarily in learning and development, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and teams thrive under pressure. As a Franco-British personal & professional coach, I’ve worked internationally, guiding professionals to unlock their potential, manage stress, and achieve personal growth.
My life journey has always been about bridging worlds. From volunteering in a school in a very poor area of Manila in the Philippines at 21 to advocating for migrants in East Harlem, New York, I’ve sought to connect cultures, paradigms, and ways of thinking. This passion for connection eventually brought me to Southeast Asia, where I’ve lived for over a decade, continuing to explore the intersections of East and West, science and spirituality, and corporate efficiency and human connection.
Breathwork embodies this fusion perfectly. Rooted in ancient traditions yet validated by modern science, it bridges the physical and emotional, tangible and intangible. I discovered breathwork in 2020, during a time of global uncertainty, and it quickly became my anchor. What started as a tool for managing stress has transformed into a daily practice that helps me restore balance, navigate emotions, and stay connected to my true self.
Now, breathwork is a cornerstone of my coaching and personal development practice. Whether I’m supporting busy professionals, parents, or those navigating life’s transitions, I guide clients to use breathwork to reclaim balance, improve mental clarity, and cultivate resilience. Through private sessions, group workshops, and corporate initiatives through my business Breath@Work, I tailor breathwork experiences to meet the unique needs of individuals and organisations worldwide.

I've been teaching, training and coaching since 2001. I founded Yzer, a learning and development consultancy in 2009. I've worked internationally supporting clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds including investment bankers in Shanghai, engineers in Singapore, ministry officials in Cambodia, and luxury retailers in Europe.
I'm a Faculty Member for Time to Think Ltd founded by Nancy Kline. I offer courses about the Thinking Environment®, an ongoing discovery for over 40 years dedicated to creating the conditions for quality independent thinking. By cultivating an expertise in generative attention, we can “rescue our meetings from vacuity, create fabulous places to work, bring humanity to leadership and leadership to humanity".
I have a passion for personal transformation and enhancing relationships. Clients choose to work with me for my rich thinking interventions and an evidence-informed approach to behavioural shifts. I enjoy incorporating insights from applied neuroscience and adult development theory to learning design. Clients recognise the value of my coaching & facilitation through the reflective breakthroughs they experience often uncovering deeply rooted narratives blocking progress towards goals.
I’m based in Singapore and grew up in HK. I'm a CPA with a background in Audit & Finance. I'm a certified educator & ESL specialist. My professional journey has been enriched by my cross-cultural experiences working for a non-profit in Hawaii, teaching sixth form students in London, and primary students at the Singapore Korean School.
