Recruitment Masterclass is a coaching program conducted by Stanis Benjamin every Thursday from 7.30 p.m to 9.30 p. m

If you want to know what it takes to meet your organizational recruitment objectives in the current competitive market, this is a program that will provide you with the startegies and skills to recruit the sales talent to build a successful agency.

Stanis Benjamin is an International Speaker with more than 25 years of experience in sales and sales leadership training. He has both sales and sales management experience starting his sales career as an Insurance agent and rising to become a district manager leading sales teams.

He has not only been a qualifier of the Million Dollar Round Table but also has been an invited speaker for the Million Dollar Round table meeting in Orlando Florida and the MDRT Qualifiers only session at the MDRT Experience and Global Conference in Bangkok 2018.

Recruitment Masterclass is a weekly coaching program held every Thursday on a pay per session basis.

Master Facilitator and Distinguished Toastmaster, Stanis Benjamin is a motivational humorist and an accomplished author, speaker, consultant and trainer in the fields of business presentation skills, communication, sales, customer service, leadership and strategies for personal success. As a coach, consultant and keynote speaker, he has addressed many companies and institutions and has helped senior executives, high-achieving professionals and beginners to reach higher levels of performance.

Stanis is a thought leader on how to create and sustain high performance; he combines theory with management practices to develop action-oriented techniques for building winning teams. He has been invited as an expert to speak on the topics “Behaviour Focused Communication” and “Humour in Presentations” on radio and has presented on Positive Business Minutes for Singapore’s News Radio 93.8. He was invited to speak on Retirement and Wealth Planning at the Million Dollar Round table meeting 2017 in Orlando Florida. Stanis was the speaker for MDRT Qualifiers only session at the MDRT Experience and Global Conference in Bangkok 2018.

An accredited Coach, Leadership Facilitator and Personal Effectiveness Trainer and facilitator, Stanis has conducted numerous Train the Trainer courses in Sales, Communication and Leadership. He has completed the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment with the Singapore Training and Development Association. He is certified facilitator of Interactive Training Strategies program conducted by the US based Thiagi Group. He is an accredited Personal and Executive Leadership facilitator.

He has gained excellent reputation for his work with human resource and training departments of numerous organisations to design and develop Personal Effectiveness, Leadership and Communication training programs. Stanis is the author of Sales Prospecting Strategies and Skills. His entertaining and humorous presentations captivate and keep his audience focused. As a motivational speaker, he has the ability to engage and motivate his audience through numerous experiential learning activities.

Stanis is the Pan South East Asian "Humorous Speech" champion, and the 1st Runner-Up at the "International Speech Contest". Apart from his personal accolades in public speaking, he is an extraordinary coach and leader in that field, underlined by his achievement in bringing the Life Underwriter’s Association Toastmasters Club to be the Toastmasters International “World No 1 Club”, during his tenure as Vice President Education. As President, the LUA Club was awarded the President Distinguish Award. He was awarded the "Outstanding Toastmaster of the Year" by the Life Underwriters Toastmasters Club. He has served as a Division Governor with Toastmasters International.

He was one of The Top 10 agents for sales and has achieved the Marathon Life Award, International Quality Award, Million Dollar Club Award as well as the Prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and Superstar Sales Awards. He has more than 25 years of Sales and Training experience starting as an agent with American International Assurance and has led a successful sales team as a District Manager.

Trained in Electrical and Instruments, he has served with the Republic Of Singapore Air force, and has worked with both Singapore Airlines and United Airlines.

He has served as Director for Beaches 2000, a foreign property marketing company, Director at ADD1 Resources Asia Pacific Consultants Pte Ltd, a diversified consultancy. He is the Co-founder and Principal Consultant at the Centre for Communication and Sales Training and Lead Trainer with Raintree Consultants, Brian Tracy International and associate trainer with the Civil Service College of Singapore, TUV SUD PSB Academy, and Marketing Institute of Singapore.

He is a Certified Interactive Training Activities Facilitator and has conducted Train the Trainer for The Executive Training Consultants, Power Image and Life Skills Consultants, TR Training Solutions and Future Skills Consultants Pte Ltd.
