Duration: 2 X 1 hour session
The course takes you through the 3 steps of an interview:
- Preparing for the interview
- During the interview (including questioning techniques)
- Evaluation and follow-up.
After the course you will be able to:
- Ask relevant behavioural questions to identify candidate competencies during the interview
- Differentiate between candidates you like because of good chemistry and candidates you like because they have the needed competencies for the job
