Come as you are. Leave with more of you.

This is a gently guided reflective experience for women navigating change, whether that change is external, like a new job or relationship, or internal, like a quiet shift in how you see yourself.

You may be at a crossroads — finishing school, stepping into leadership, exploring motherhood, questioning your career, or simply sensing that something within you wants to grow.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need a pause. A space to listen. A chance to come home to yourself.

Through curated journaling prompts, thoughtful facilitation, and a calm, sensory-rich space, we invite you to rediscover the voice within. The one that's often drowned out by roles, routines, and expectations.

This is not a motivational talk. It’s not therapy. It’s not hype. It’s a quiet space to reflect, reset, and reconnect.

What You'll Experience

  • A 90-minute circle guided by two credentialed coaches, held in a calming, light filled space designed to put you at ease
  • Reflective journaling using curated prompts on coloured paper that you can keep as a stitched memento
  • Space for optional sharing and connection with like-minded women on a similar path of reflection and renewal
  • Gentle music and fresh coffee to nourish the senses

After the Workshop

  • 14 days of post-workshop integration via Telegram or WhatsApp
  • A complimentary 1:1 discovery coaching conversation (optional)

Whether you're in your twenties wondering where to begin, in your forties navigating reinvention, or in your sixties reflecting on what still calls you — this circle is for you.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this workshop for?

This space is for women who are navigating change or simply sensing that something inside is shifting. You don’t need to have all the answers; just a willingness to pause and listen inward.

2. Do I need to be good at journaling or writing?

Not at all. You don’t need any prior journaling experience. This is not a writing class, it’s a guided space for self-reflection. The prompts will help you connect with yourself in an honest, judgment-free way.

3. What should I bring?

Please bring a notebook* or journal you enjoy using, and a pen. We’ll provide everything else. You may also wish to bring a light shawl or water bottle for comfort.

4. What is the atmosphere like?

Our space is calm, cozy, and intentionally curated — with natural light, open seating, and a reflective layout. We prioritise psychological safety and will never pressure anyone to share. You are welcome to be as quiet or expressive as you need to be.

5. How many participants will there be?

We are limiting this workshop to 12 women to preserve intimacy, psychological safety and create a truly meaningful experience. This is a small group, not a large seminar.

6. How do I confirm my spot?

Your seat is confirmed once payment is received. For those who require local payment options (e.g., PayNow or bank transfer), please reach out to yuejanani.coaching@gmail.com or +65 88517806 and we shall get in touch soonest possible.

7. What if something comes up and I can’t attend?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. While tickets are non-refundable, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another woman with our prior approval.

8. What can I expect to gain from this workshop?

This workshop offers a dedicated space for self-discovery and clarity. You'll leave with practical journaling tools, a deeper connection to your inner wisdom & a renewed sense of purpose as you navigate life's transitions. Our aim is to empower you with a sustainable practice for ongoing reflection.
