About this event
In this workshop, Jasrin will take a group of 10-12 people through a process where we can mindfully bring 2021 to a close and prepare for 2022 through some powerful goal and intention setting.
Jasrin will create a space for you that will combine both feminine/ yin practices and massculine/ yang practices. (See video for more details)
1. Connect with a community of like minded, self aware people from all over the world
2. Reflect on the year gone by with the group
3. Release and cleanse emotional and mental baggage from 2021
4. Create and set mindful intentions for the new year - We will do this through creative writing tools facilitated by Jasrin

Jasrin is a life and Success Coach, a Healer and a faciliatator. She is a trained Yoga and Meditation practitioner, a Barrett Values Centre Consultant and a Thinking Into Results Coach. Jasrin is passionate about Human Potential Development and has been lucky enough to be mentored by Bob Proctor, one of the greatest personal achievement coaches in the world! She did her Bachelors and Masters in English Literature and has an MBA from INSEAD. In her spare time you will find Jasrin, either meditating, practising her Yoga skills, writing or having fun with her loved ones. Jasrin loves to travel, read and enjoys a good glass of red wine very much!
