Soak in the good vibes at this beautiful oasis that overlooks the culturally rich urban landscape of Little India as you partake in a guided self-love meditation session. Facilitated by a teacher from the Center of Mindful Self-Compassion, Teo Kai Lin, expect to be equipped with refreshing practices and techniques to motivate yourself with kindness, forgive yourself when needed, and be more authentically yourself in your everyday life.

Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably as there will be some movement involved in this session.

Things to bring:

• Writing Materials (i.e. Paper and Pen)
• Yoga mat (We will provide cushions to sit on, but you are welcome to bring a mat if you prefer)

About the Facilitator:

Teo Kai Lin obtained a Master of Arts in Contemplative Education in 2010 and a Certificate in Mindful Educator Essentials in 2017. She was an associate lecturer for 9 years with a polytechnic and has worked in the public and social sectors. She has completed her teacher training for Mindful Self-Compassion(MSC) with the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
