Participants can come alone or with their partner or a friend, whether they are in a relationship or not to learn about the fundamental principles of healthy, happy, fulfilling, conscious relationships. Anyone can benefit from the learnings irregardless of their relationship status.

Is it group therapy? What is the format of the workshop?

The workshop is an educational programme. IT IS NOT GROUP THERAPY or a group discussion. There are 8 modules in the 2.5 days course offered in a blended learning interactive and experiential format. People can share whatever they want without any obligation to say anything personal.
