✨ RELEASE: A Workshop to Let Go, Reset & Realign led by Tae Webster (Hypnotic Meditation) x Sophie (Intuitive Movement)
RELEASE is a deeply restorative 90-minute group session — a transformative mind-body workshop that gently blends guided Hypnotic Meditation and intuitive movement. Designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner reconnection, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, let go, and come home to yourself. Led by UK-certified hypnotherapist Tae Webster and mindful movement specialist Sophie, this workshop creates a safe, supportive space to:
- Let go of stress and inner resistanceRewire negative self-talk and emotional patterns
- Reconnect with your body, breath and intuitive self
- Reset your mind–body system through simple, mindful movement
🌿 What to Expect
You’ll begin with a gentle movement flow, guided by Sophie, designed to bring awareness to your breath and physical body—helping you settle, ground, and begin releasing tension. No machines or equipment needed—just a mat, your body, and a willingness to be present.
You’ll then be guided into a state of deep relaxation through guided meditation with Tae. Unlike traditional meditation, Hypnotic Meditation uses gentle, positive suggestions that your mind can naturally accept and absorb to help you shift unhelpful patterns, process emotions, and reconnect with your authentic self.
You’ll be gently guided to:
- Enter an Alpha brainwave state (calm, focused awareness)
- Bring forward empowering intentions
- Release stored stress and negative emotions from the subconscious, creating space for inner peace, reconnection with yourself, and the joy of being fully present.
This session is not about going into a “trance” or losing control—it’s about becoming more in tune with your own thoughts, feelings and inner guidance.

Each session runs for 1.5 hours at HER Wellness Club.
Spots are limited to keep the space intimate and intentional.Reserve your place now to avoid disappointment.
Note: This is a small group experience, limited to just 7 participants per session to keep the space safe and intentional. All mats will be provided, and no prior experience in meditation or movement is needed. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in. You’ll be asked to sign a simple waiver form before the session begins. Come dressed in comfortable clothes you can move in—and stay for light refreshments with us after your time on the mat.
