How do I prepare for a session?

✔️ Wear comfortable clothing
✔️ Yoga mat (if you don't have one let me know)
✔️ Something to keep warm (scarf, blanket, or sweater)
✔️ Eye mask (optional but recommended)
✔️ Water to stay hydrated

Absolutely. Breathwork and hypnosis help break repetitive thought patterns, regulate your nervous system, and bring you back into the present moment.

What does activation breathwork feel like?

It can feel like a deep energetic reset—some experience tingling, emotional release, or heightened clarity. Each session is unique, but most leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered.

Is activation breathwork the same as hyperventilation?

Accepted Answer

Activation Breathwork is not the same as uncontrolled hyperventilation. However, you may experience some symptoms similar to hyperventilation. These effects are a natural part of the breathwork process and are safe when practiced in a controlled environment.

What if I feel lightheaded or uncomfortable?

Accepted Answer

It’s normal to experience sensations like tingling or lightheadedness due to increased oxygen flow. You are always in control—if needed, simply slow down your breathing or return to a normal breath. We ensure a safe and supportive experience throughout the session.

Who Should NOT Participate?

Accepted Answer

- Pregnancy (especially in the first and third trimester)
- Epilepsy or Seizure Disorders
- Cardiovascular Issues (high blood pressure, heart disease, recent heart attack, etc.)
- Severe Respiratory Conditions (COPD, severe asthma, etc.)
- Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment
- Recent Surgeries
