Breathwork is not just for relaxation! It is a powerful tool for cleansing the body from accumulated stress and emotional toxins. Through deep, intentional breathing, we activate the body's natural detoxification process, allowing oxygen to flood the cells, stimulating the lymphatic system. It breaks up stagnant energy trapped in our tissues, improves circulation, and encourages emotional release. This process not only helps us clear out unresolved emotions but also recalibrates the mind-body connection, creating space for balance, renewal, and clarity.
This session is designed specifically for women, providing a safe, intimate, and empowering space to release, realign, and reconnect with yourself on a deep level. It is a powerful inward journey combining:

Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, I’m Oi-Mei, a Breathwork Facilitator, NGH & IMDHA Certified Hypnotherapist, EKAA Certified Clinical Integrated Hypnotherapist, Childbirth Educator specializing in HypnoBirthing®️ (The Mongan Method), and a Women Empowerment & Pre+Postnatal Coach.
I specialize in working with women and mothers, helping them navigate the complexities of womanhood, motherhood, and emotional well-being. Through hypnotherapy and breathwork, my clients have been able to resolve various behavioral and emotional issues or alleviate physical symptoms by addressing their root causes.

Absolutely. Breathwork and hypnosis help break repetitive thought patterns, regulate your nervous system, and bring you back into the present moment.
It can feel like a deep energetic reset—some experience tingling, emotional release, or heightened clarity. Each session is unique, but most leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered.
Activation Breathwork is not the same as uncontrolled hyperventilation. However, you may experience some symptoms similar to hyperventilation. These effects are a natural part of the breathwork process and are safe when practiced in a controlled environment.
It’s normal to experience sensations like tingling or lightheadedness due to increased oxygen flow. You are always in control—if needed, simply slow down your breathing or return to a normal breath. We ensure a safe and supportive experience throughout the session.
