About the Facilitator:

Hello there! I’m Gavin, a registered counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling, and the founder of Whole Being Counselling. I use integrative and evidence-based approaches including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative, and Mindfulness-based therapies to support individuals in their healing, growth, and resilience.
