Your artwork will be safely packed in a secure box. Since the resin is still in liquid form, please do not shake, tilt, or swing the box. Treat it like carrying a cake or pizza box — keep it flat and steady to preserve the design as it cures.Your artwork will be safely packed in a secure box.

What if the artwork gets damaged before the resin cures?

Accepted Answer

If the artwork is damaged after it's handed over, Krisolcrafts will not be liable for any damage. I can remake it for you, but a new session at the regular workshop cost will apply, as redoing it requires time and materials.
