About the Programme 

Conflicts can be neither good nor bad. In fact, conflicts can help to resolve some hidden issues that may have been overlooked or avoided. By learning how to respond rather than react to them, some issues can be uncovered and addressed. 
Some learning points of this talk:
•    Understand the difference between responding and reacting
•    Understand that all not conflicts are bad and may uncover some hidden messages
•    How to deal with conflict before it escalates into anger and rage
•    Recognise the emotions behind conflicts

For more than 30 years, she has been working with companies to implement best practices, including conflict resolution. She is passionate about human psychology, personality, and relationships, and the deep impact these areas have on the individual as well as the business.
