When our energy centers are harmonised, we are less vulnerable to obstacles, sickness and negativities.

This meditation sequence is a therapeutic guided meditation, bringing you through your 7 major Chakras with the power of visualisation. Once we complete the balancing ritual, there will be a noticeable lightness and rejuvenation in your energy.

1. Crown - violet - higher consciousness/spirituality

2. 3rd Eye - indigo - intuition/intelligence

5. Solar Plexus - yellow - self-esteem/confidence

6. Sacral - orange - passion/vital life force

7. Base - brown - groundedness/stability
