Blissful Retreat & Tour In the High Himalayas with Sis Sylvia Bay

Travelling Date: 19th Aug (Tue) to 28th Aug (Thu) 2025

Come join us for a blissful time in the breath-taking Himalayas. The trip includes three days of meditation and Sutta sessions led by BF's Dhamma Advisor Sis Sylvia Bay, followed by a tour of the beautiful monasteries around that area, Panggong Lake, Nubra Valley and Leh town.

ITINERARY

Day 1 (19 Aug 2025)

- Depart Singapore to Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3

Day 2 (20 Aug 2025)
- Depart Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3 to Leh, Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport (IXL) at 7am

- Pick up by Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre (MIMC) staff on arrival at Leh (Capital of Ladakh) Airport

- Transfer to rooms to rest till lunch to acclimatize, after reception at MIMC
- Evening tea with Venerable Sanghasena at Sambodhi Meditation Centre

- Dinner at Sambodhi Meditation Centre


Day 3 (21 Aug 2025) to Day 5 (23 Aug 2025)

- Meditation & Sutta Retreat with Sister Sylvia Bay at Sambodhi Meditation Centre


Day 6 (24 Aug 2025) to Day 7 (25 Aug 2025)

- Visit Panggong Lake and Nubra Valley

- Overnight in hotels


Day 8 (26 Aug 2025)
- Return to MIMC
- Visit Leh town/market

Day 9 (27 Aug 2025)
- Mahabodhi campus tour
- Farewell programme

Day 10 (28 Aug 2025)
- Leave Leh for Delhi
- Leave Delhi for Singapore in the evening
